We provide peace of mind for your home or condo when you are away. As full time
Puerto Peñasco residents we are able to provide a trustworthy property watch and
management service. We can provide weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly inspections to
make sure your property is secure and worry free. We can also provide bill pay and
housekeeping services.


Our Inspection Services

We will ensure your household's appliances, alarms, batteries, plants, and other items are well maintained while you are away from home. Our full list of inspections, check-ups, and services are as follows:


Run water in all sinks, tubs, and showers


Check for household pests


Flush all toilets


Start vehicles/ATC's - Charge battery


Run garbage disposal

Inspect interior walls and ceilings for visual mildew, mold, or water damage


Inspect exterior patios, decks, and garages

Check the functionality of all appliances

Take and send photos of any remodeling work being done


Property Watch Service Plans

We offer 3 property watch plans. Keep in mind, additional fees may be applied. See the list below to see what terms may apply.

4 Inspections per Month*

VENMO is our preferred method of payment.

*Additional fees may be applied to the following:

  • Meet maintenance or handyman services

  • Arrival preparation services. Turn on A/C, refrigerator, etc.

  • Some concierge services offered

  • Handyman services offered

  • Forgotten services provided. If you forgot to do something and have already departed

  • Bill pay services (CFE, Taxes, Trust Maintenance)

  • Housekeeping services

  • Bill paying services ($10 fee per bill)

  • Housekeeping service fees are negotiable upon the size of the house or condo and the scope of the service requested

  • Please verify all windows and doors are locked and secured prior to departure
